Words cannot express how grateful I am. I had a problem at my auction last night let me explain. The support team called around 5:00 to inform me that they checked my system everything was working mic, cameras, printing, etc. At 6:25 my top clerk accidentally knocked over my lane A PC which caused the PC to malfunction. I went to lane B and got that PC to use in lane A. I called support I am so impressed, he was amazing he worked remotely refigured the cameras, mic, printer so we could still have our auction. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!!
